Portions for 1 serving:
4oz spaghetti (2oz dry pasta)
Olive oil
Salt
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
4oz of ground meat
7oz of tomato purée
1oz of Swiss cheese
Boil water in a pan, salt, add some olive oil and the spaghetti. Cook them 18mn for well done pasta.
Cut the onion in small pieces, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan to fry it until golden and add the meat shaped in small balls. Once the meat is cooked, add the tomato purée.
Served with grated Swiss cheese.
